QC UNITED WELCOMES TARIN BALLAN AS FEMALE DEVELOPMENT LEAD
QC United is excited to announce the addition of Tarin Ballan to our team as our new full-time Female Development Lead.
In this new role, Tarin will focus on the continued growth and development of the female side of our club, working in both female player and coach engagement and development. Her work will play an important role in creating stronger opportunities, pathways, and experiences for female players and coaches throughout QC United.
Tarin’s connection to QC United goes back many years. A former QC United player herself, she continued her playing career at Brandon University while completing her Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Sociology.
More recently, Tarin returned to represent QC United as a player with our Women’s Pro-Am team in the Prairie Premier League (PPL).
Having experienced the QC United pathway as a youth player and now as a senior player, Tarin brings a unique perspective to this position. She understands our club, our culture, and the importance of continuing to build an environment where female players and coaches can develop, grow, compete, and see a clear pathway within the game.
The creation of this full-time position represents another important step in QC United’s commitment to investing in the female game and providing meaningful development opportunities for both players and coaches.
Please join us in welcoming Tarin Ballan to her new role with QC United. We are excited to have her take on this important leadership position and look forward to the impact she will have across our organization.
Welcome to the team, Tarin!
