The AGM is usually held late January of each year and is open to all parents/guardians/caregivers of QC athletes. Notices are posted on our website and will be announced on all QC social media channels.
Anyone interested in seeking a board position, can contact the selection committee chair, Jennifer Grossman at firstname.lastname@example.org for further details. Submissions must be received one (1) week in advance of the AGM.
