Board Meetings
Board members usually meet on the third Monday of every month. If you would like to find out when our next meeting will be held, or if you have any items you would like discussed at any of our meetings, please email our Communications Director.
AGM
The Annual General meeting is usually held late November of each year and is open to all parents/guardians. (Club bylaws state the AGM is to be held within 60 days after year-end, which is September 30th). Notices for the AGM will be posted on our homepage.
